The displayed price is per week and up to 4 people, each additional person pays € 70.00 per week.
Children under two years of age do not pay.
For periods of less than a week it is necessary to ask and possibly agree on the basis of the period and availability..

Services included in the price:

• Electricity;
• Gas kitchen
• Water
• Wi-Fi in the entire apartment;
• Final cleaning with ozone sanitation of all horizontal and vertical surfaces;
• Hairdryer;
• Iron;
• Safe;
• Cot and high chair for children;
• Access to the swimming pool in the common green area;
• Free access to the Prabione swimming pool (4km away) from mid-June to mid-September;
• Tignale card that offers free or discounted services (shuttle bus to the beach, walks with guide etc.) or access to museums in the territory;
• Promotion Card with which you will receive discounts for tickets for parks and museums in the area, and for Navigarda tickets as well.

Services NOT included in the price:

• Sheets €10.00 per person
• Towels €5.00 per person (midweek change);
• Laundry on request €6.00;
• Dog €30.00 per week;
• Heating € 5.00 per cubic metre, the gas must be paid according to the consumption;
• Tourist tax € 2.00 per day per person (children under 14 years are exempt).

The tourist tax is a contribution for the safeguard and the development of our natural heritage.
